The couple had a small private secret wedding at a New York city courthouse September last year , without their friends and families in attendance. To make up for that they decided to throw a big white wedding but since then they have been cancelling and not committed to a date.
The third invites sent out said the wedding will be held on 28th of February.
According to TMZ, the wedding was postponed because some members of the bieber's family wouldn't be able to come out to los Angeles on the set date.
The new date would probably be the last as the couple has decided to consult with their families and set a date that every body can come out.
