In the lawsuit against Roc-a-fela records, Ye claims that he signed an executive recording agreement with the company and is seeking monies owed from the label.
In his second lawsuit against EMI April music,he claims that before his debut album in 2003 ,he had an agreement that allow him produce songs for.other artists.
He also claimed to have written over 200 songs by the end of 2001 and that he gave that songs to EMI before they had the dispute
