According to reports, the 19 year-old sent a malicious email containing threats message , the email was sent on January 11th and he was arrested on Saturday and was taken into custody at a house in Milnrow, greater Manchester.
Police said the young man has been sectioned under the mental health Act and enquiries into the incident are ongoing.
