The boy Maxwell Ayinbasa's father had reported the case to the police but when the victim's father was been interviewed by Classfomonline revealed that after the suspect took Care of the initial bills he abandoned the victim.
How ever the victim's family and the suspect have reached an agreement to settle it outside court.
