It was posted by Lackadaisical MacIrishZa on 23rd Jan. The incident occurred in Newcastle, KwaZuluNatal province, south Africa. The video is fraction of two video taken by the mother of the child, yes you read well ,the 2 year old was physically abused by his MOTHER and that video didn't reveal every thing.
In the longer video which we couldn't get our hands on due to the south African police intervention to protect the child, the mother went ahead to hit, kick ,pins, pinch dragged and throw the kid.
